提高聚酯酯化废水乙醛回收率的工艺探讨

Discussion on Process of Improving Recovery Rate of Acetaldehyde from Polyester Esterification Wastewater

摘要 目前乙醛回收装置的乙醛回收率较低,且汽提后废水的化学需氧量(COD)高达8 000~9 000 mg/L,造成乙醛提取不干净和较高的废水处理成本。基于现阶段的乙醛反应机制及参数的分析,通过对各阶段废水成分进行讨论,采取优化废水汽提强度、提高乙醛精馏温度和添加阻聚剂等技术手段,不仅成功地提高了乙醛的回收率,还降低了废水的COD值。 At present,the recovery rate of acetaldehyde is low in the acetaldehyde recovery unit,and the chemical oxygen demand(COD) of the wastewater after stripping is as high as 8 000~9 000 mg/L,resulting in unclean extraction of acetaldehyde and higher wastewater treatment costs.Based on the analysis of the reaction mechanism and parameters of acetaldehyde at the present stage,through the analysis of the components of the wastewater in each stage,some technical measures such as optimizing the stripping strength of the wastewater,rising rectifying temperature of acetaldehyde and adding inhibitor were adopted.Not only the recovery rate of acetaldehyde was increased,but also the COD of wastewater was decreased.
