摘要
川产道地药材花椒为芸香科花椒属植物,其果皮为药食两用之品,既可入药,也可作为调味品使用。作为传统中药,花椒具有温中散寒、杀虫、止痒等功效,常用于脘腹冷痛、呕吐泄泻、湿疹、瘙痒等。近年来,文献报道称花椒还具有降血糖的药理作用。糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的代谢疾病,对患者的健康和经济造成极大的损害,是世界范围内医学研究关注的焦点。现代医学对糖尿病的主要治疗干预方式包括胰岛素注射和服用降糖类药物,但存在价格高、使用不便或用药周期长等问题。因此,寻找安全有效的防治糖尿病的方法迫在眉睫。本文通过系统查阅文献,综述花椒降血糖作用的研究,为花椒药用价值的进一步开发和糖尿病防治药物开发提供参考。
Huajiao,a genuine medicinal material produced in Sichuan,is a plant of Zanthoxylum in Rutaceae.Its peel is a dualpurpose product for medicine and food,which can be used as not only a medicine,but also a condiment.As a traditional Chinese medicine,Huajiao has the effects of warming and dispersing cold,killing insects and relieving itching,which is commonly used in epigastric cold pain,vomiting and diarrhea,eczema,pruritus and so on.In recent years,it has been reported that Huajiao has the pharmacological effect of reducing blood glucose.Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia,causing great damage to the health and economy of patients,which is the focus of medical research all over the world.Modern medicine treats diabetes mainly by injecting insulin or oral hypoglycemic drugs,but there are many problems such as high price,inconvenient use or long medication cycle.Therefore,it is urgent to find a safe and effective way to prevent and cure diabetes.In this review,we systematically review the literature and summarize the research on the hypoglycemic effect of Huajiao,which provides references for further development of its medicinal value and the development of drugs for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
