摘要
本文的目的在于建设食品科学与工程专业领域顶石课程,深度建设和支撑工程教育专业教育体系,将食品分析领域的课程训练、知识、技能和体验式学习融为一体,学生通过食品分析综合顶石实验课程,实现知识体系的自主建构及延伸,获得跨学科跨专业的综合能力及初步的就业能力。以食品分析综合实验顶石课程建设为例,研究探索食品分析顶石课程的内涵、教学内容规划、过程管理与考核评价、实施效果,以期为食品科学与工程专业领域顶石课程建设提供参考。
Capstone course integrates course training, knowledge, skills and experiential learning, and obtains comprehensive abilities and preliminary employability across disciplines and disciplines through the independent construction and extension of knowledge system, which is an important course supporting the certification of engineering education major. The research and practice of this course in China are still in the preliminary stage. Taking the capstone course of Food Science and Engineering major in Heilongjiang University and the comprehensive experiment of food analysis as an example, systematically introduce the connotation, teaching content planning, process management, assessment and evaluation, and implementation effect of capstone course, and prospect the problems that need to be solved in the current teaching management system of capstone course, to provide reference for the construction of capstone curriculum of engineering specialty in Chinese universities.
