摘要
目的探究妊娠期糖尿病患者治疗中进行饮食控制的价值。方法选取宜昌市妇幼保健院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者75例为研究对象,根据其意愿分为对照组(n=45)及观察组(n=30)。对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上接受饮食控制。比较两组的血糖控制效果。结果干预前,两组空腹血糖和餐后2 hu血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组各项血糖水平均下降,且观察组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平分别为(5.14±0.27)、(6.10±0.14)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(6.27±0.88)、(7.15±0.53)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者在治疗过程中接受饮食控制的效果理想,能有效控制血糖水平,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the value of dietary control in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 75 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Yichang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=30)according to their willingness.The control group received conventional intervention,and the observation group received diet control based on the control group.The blood glucose control effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05);after interv ention,all blood glucose levels in both groups decreased,and the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were(5.14±0.27)and(6.10±0.14)mmol/L,respectively,which were lower than(6.27±0.88)and(7.15±0.53)mmol/L in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of diet control in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus is ideal,which can effectively control the blood glucose level and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
