摘要
《中医食疗与肿瘤防治》是一门创新型中医选修课程,课程的核心是强调中医食疗未病先防、既病防变、病后防复的原则在中医肿瘤防治中的应用。课程内容包括:中医辨体辨证施食的原则、中医食疗养护、食物中的致癌物质、食物的抗肿瘤作用、食疗在肿瘤的各个时期、各种类型和各种症状中的应用等。课程教学设计立足于“线上-线下”混合式教学模式,应用“雨课堂”工具对课堂的前、中、后实施教学方案改革,并开展多维度的教学效果评价。研究表明:应用雨课堂平台开展《中医食疗与肿瘤防治》“线上-线下”的混合式教学,能有效提高学生对专业知识的掌握,课堂气氛活跃,课程教学效果明显,获得学生的高度认可,课程改革较成功,在推进中医创新型人才培养的教学改革中有着重要意义。
Traditional Chinese Medicine Diet and Cancer Prevention is an innovative elective course of traditional Chinese medicine.The core of the course is to emphasize the application of the principle of prevention before disease onset,preventing disease from changing and preventing recurrence after disease in the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine tumors based on TCM diet therapy.Curriculum content:the principle of TCM diet therapy based on syndrome differentiation,the maintenance of TCM diet therapy,the carcinogens in food,the anti-tumor effect of food,the application of diet therapy in various stages,types and symptoms of tumors.Teaching design based on“onlineoffline”blended teaching mode.Using of rain class tools in the reform of teaching plans before,during and after class.Carrying out multidimensional teaching effect evaluation at the same time.Research shows that it can effectively improve students'mastery of professional knowledge,active classroom atmosphere,obvious teaching effect and high recognition of students from using rain classroom platform to carry out blended teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diet and Cancer Prevention“online-offline”.Therefore,this curriculum reform is more successful,and has important significance in promoting the teaching reform of innovative talents of traditional Chinese medicine.
