摘要
在疫情防控期间,公共卫生安全预防与控制管理体系发挥着至关重要的作用,同时也暴露出公共卫生人才培养的不足。公共卫生人才是我国公共卫生系统的核心构成,是推进健康中国战略的坚实基础,是保障我国公共卫生安全的关键力量。此文旨在结合我国公共卫生人才培养现状与中医药在新型冠状病毒防治过程中发挥的巨大作用,将中医药归入公共卫生人才培养范畴,建立起“人才培养、专业认证、人才激励”三位一体的公共卫生预防与控制专业人才培养体系,提出人才培养建议。
During the period of epidemic prevention and control, public health security prevention and control management system plays a vital role, but also exposed the lack of public health personnel training public health talent is the core of the public health system in our country, the solid foundation on which China strategy is to promote health, is the key to China’s public health security. The purpose of this paper is to combine the present situation of talent training and traditional Chinese medicine in public health will play a huge role in the process of coronavirus disease prevention, will be classified as public health personnel training of Chinese medicine category, set up the talent training, professional certification, talent incentive trinity public health prevention and control of the professional talent cultivation system, puts forward Suggestions on talents cultivation.
