摘要
小儿肺炎作为儿科常见的呼吸系统疾病之一,其临床症状为发热、呼吸困难、乏力感、咳嗽咳痰和肺部有固定性的中细湿啰音。经抗感染和对症治疗后,大部分的肺炎患儿临床症状和肺部体征明显改善,病情明显好转,但仍然发现部分患儿恢复期出现肺部啰音未消失,咳嗽不止,病情迁延不愈,严重影响患儿的健康,此时如果继续使用抗生素治疗,效果往往较差,甚至可能发生耐药菌和双重感染等不良预后。现针对近年来中医内、外治法方面的特点及临床应用情况,归纳总结对于小儿肺炎恢复期基本论治学说及其他疗法的研究进展,以期为中医临床治疗小儿肺炎恢复期提供一定的理论参考。
Pediatric pneumonia is one of the common respiratory diseases in pediatrics.The main clinical manifestations are fever,cough,shortness of breath,dyspnea and fixed moist rales in the lungs.After anti-infection and symptomatic treatment,most of the children with pneumonia obviously improve clinical symptoms and lung signs,the obvious improvement,but still found that some patients recovery in lung’s did not disappear,cough,may increase not more,the serious influence children’s health,at this time if continue to use antibiotics,tend to be less effective,Adverse outcomes such as drug-resistant bacteria and double infection may even occur.In view of the characteristics and clinical application of TCM internal and external treatment in recent years,this paper summarizes the research progress of basic treatment theory and other therapies for children’s pneumonia convalescence,in order to provide theoretical reference for TCM clinical treatment of children’s pneumonia convalescence.
