摘要 为改善脊柱矫形器用户满意度低和佩戴依从性差的现状,采取定制化设计方法,构建了一种综合3D打印脊柱矫形器设计模型,来满足用户需求。通过用户访谈和问卷调查获取用户原始需求;采用Kano模型分析用户需求类别,剔除逆向需求和无差异需求,减少方案负向影响因素;结合AHP-熵权法确定用户需求综合权重,提高评价的科学性。根据较高权重因素确定设计要素,优化3D打印脊柱矫形器数字化设计方法与制作流程,得到矫形器改进与创新方向。该方法突出了用户需求与产品功能的关系,能为该类产品的系统设计与开发提供参考,也能辅助设计人员从用户需求出发,为提升康复医疗产品的用户体验拓展新思路。 In order to improve the current situation of low satisfaction and poor compliance of spinal orthosis users, a customized method was adopted to build a comprehensive 3 D printed spinal orthosis design model to meet user requirements. The original user requirements were obtained through user interview and questionnaire survey. Kano model was used to analyze user requirement category, eliminate reverse requirement and undifferentiated requirement, reduce negative influence factors of the scheme. AHP-entropy method was used to determine the comprehensive weight of user requirements and improve the scientific nature of evaluation. The design factors were determined according to the higher weight factors. The digital design method and production process of 3 D printed spinal orthosis were optimized to obtain the improvement and innovation direction of orthosis. This method highlights the relationships between user requirements and product functions, which could provide references for the system design and development of such products, and also assist designers to develop new ideas for improving user experiences of rehabilitation medical products based on user requirements.
