摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了一系列质量比不同的月桂酸-硬脂酸二元晶系混合物和月桂酸-硬脂酸/膨胀石墨复合相变材料;通过步冷曲线确定该二元晶系共晶成分的质量比为8∶2,共晶温度约35℃;差示量热(DSC)测试结果表明月桂酸-硬脂酸的共晶温度约33.03℃,相变潜热为-154.11kJ/kg;将月桂酸-硬脂酸/膨胀石墨复合相变材料用于锂电池热管理,结果表明该复合相变材料能较好地抑制锂电池的温度过快上升。
A series of binary crystal mixtures comprised of lauric acid and stearic acid with different mass fractions were prepared by melt blending method,and a lauric acid-stearic acid/expanded graphite composite phase change material was also made by the same method.The eutectic mass ratio of lauric acid-stearic acid/expanded graphite binary crystal mixtures was equal to 8(lauric acid)∶2(stearic acid),and its eutectic temperature was about 35℃by the cooling curve method.DSC test results showed that the eutectic temperature of lauric acid-stearic acid was approximate 33.03℃and the latent heat of phase change reached-154.11kJ/kg.The application study of lauric acid-stearic acid/expanded graphite composite in Li-ion battery thermal management showed that the composite was able to inhibit the rapid temperature rise of Li-ion battery.
