摘要
为了研究导电网格结构尺寸对织物屏蔽效能的影响,利用镀银长丝与普通涤纶长丝交织,制备了12种具有不同导电网格尺寸和单位网格银纤维含量的方形织物,分析了网格结构单元尺寸、镀银长丝紧度及厚度对织物电磁屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明:低频时(30~300MHz)较大导电网格尺寸(1.315mm、2.367mm)织物屏蔽效能好,而高频时(500~1500MHz)较小导电网格尺寸(0.526mm、0.789mm)织物屏蔽效能好;屏蔽效能随镀银长丝紧度和织物厚度的增加而增加,当镀银长丝紧度增至20%左右时,屏蔽效能达到最高值;2层织物的屏蔽效能增加显著,当超过趋肤深度后,3层织物的屏蔽效能增加不明显。
In order to study the influence of conductive mesh structure parameters on the shielding effectiveness of fabrics,using silver-plated filaments and ordinary polyester filaments to interweave,12 kinds of square fabrics with different conductive mesh sizes and unit mesh silver fiber content were prepared.The influence of the size of the grid structure unit,the tightness of the silver-plated filament and thickness on the electromagnetic shielding performance of the fabric were analyzed.The research results showed that the shielding effectiveness of fabrics with larger conductive mesh sizes(1.315mm,2.367mm)was good at low frequencies(30~300MHz),while the shielding effectiveness of fabrics with smaller conductive mesh sizes(0.526mm,0.789mm)was better at high frequencies(500~1500MHz).The shielding effectiveness increased with the increase in the tightness of the silver-plated filament and the thickness of the fabric.When the tightness of the silver-plated filament was about 20%,the shielding effectiveness reached to the highest value,and the shielding effectiveness of the 2-layer fabric was improved significantly;however,when it exceeded the surface effect depth,the shielding effectiveness of the 3-layer fabric didn't increase obviously.
