摘要
以邛海核桃村至青龙寺段水域及周边沙滩和湖岸分布范围为研究区,采用原位生物膜法、植物群落分析法和生理生态学方法,研究水上栈道修建前(2013年12月)、后(2017年12月)该水域中石头表面生物膜的藻类结构和功能指标的变化,以及水上栈道修建后沙滩区和石头湖岸区石头表面生物膜的藻类结构和功能指标,比较了不同采样地的环境状况。研究结果表明,水上栈道修建后,水上栈道区采样地水中石头表面生物膜的叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、生物量和水体中化学需氧量含量都明显增大,水体中溶解氧、总氮和总磷含量以及生物膜的硅藻和蓝藻物种数量所占比例都明显减小,说明修建水上栈道使该水域的水环境质量变差。
In this study, Walnut Village to Qinglong Temple water of Qionghai Lake in Sichuan province and surrounding beaches and stone lakeshores were taken sampling sites, and the biofilm method, community analysis method and physiological and ecological methods were used to compare the changes of phytoplankton community structure and function indexes of biofilms of stone surfaces in the water before and after construction of water plank road, and phytoplankton structure and function indexes of biofilms of stone surfaces in the sampling sites of beach area and lake shore area after the construction of the water plank road.The results showed that after the construction of the water plank road, the chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b concentrations, biomass of the biofilm and chemical oxygen demand content in the water increased, while the contents of dissolved oxygen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus, and the proportions of diatom and blue algae of biofilms decreased, which indicated that deterioration of water environment quality.
