摘要
试验旨在优化紫苏叶黄酮的提取工艺,研究紫苏叶黄酮的抗氧化活性。采用单因素试验结合正交试验,研究微波辅助法的不同工艺条件对紫苏叶黄酮提取率的影响。结果显示:影响紫苏黄酮提取率因素排序为:乙醇浓度>提取时间>微波功率。最优工艺参数为:乙醇浓度80%、微波功率300 W和提取时间30 min,此工艺条件下的紫苏叶黄酮提取率为5.21%。体外抗氧化试验结果表明,紫苏叶黄酮对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)、羟自由基(OH·)和超氧阴离子自由基(·O_(2)^(-))均具有较好的清除效率。研究表明,紫苏叶黄酮具有较好的抗氧化能力,是一种优质的天然抗氧化物质。
The study was to optimize the extraction process of Perilla leaf flavonoids and to study the antioxidant activity of Perilla leaf flavonoids. The effect of different microwave-assisted extraction conditions on yield of Perilla leaf flavonoids were studied by one-way analysis of variance combined with orthogonal test. The results showed that the factors affecting the extraction rate of Perilla flavonoids were ethanol concentration > extraction time > microwave power.The optimal extraction parameters were as follows: Ethanol concentration 80%, microwave power 300 W and extraction time 30 min. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of Perilla flavonoids was 5.21%. The results of in vitro antioxidant test showed that the flavonoids from Perilla leaves had good scavenging efficiency against DPPH·, OH·and·O_(2)^(-). The study indicates that Perilla leaf flavonoids have good antioxidant capacity, whcih are a kind of high quality natural antioxidant substances.
