摘要
目的对3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂酸(3,4,5-trimethoxy cinnamic acid,TMCA)酯类衍生物的生物活性进行总结。方法查阅相关文献,对TMCA衍生物的活性及构效关系进行综述。结果根据文献报道总结天然产物的TMCA酯类衍生物活性的来源,并且从抗肿瘤、抗病毒、神经系统等方面阐述了合成TMCA酯类化合物的活性。结论通过对TMCA酯类衍生物活性及构效关系进行总结,可为该类药物的深入开发提供依据。
Objective To summarize the biological activities of 3,4,5-trimethoxy cinnamic acid(TMCA)ester derivatives.Methods The activity and structure-activity relationship of TMCA derivatives were reviewed by refering to relative articles.Results The sources of the activity of TMCA ester derivatives of natural products were summarized according to the literature,and the activity of synthetic TMCA ester compounds was expounded from the aspects of anti-tumor,anti-virus and nervous system.Conclusion The review of activity and structure-activity relationship of TMCA derivatives can provide basis for further research and development of valuable precursors.
