摘要
在国家历史文化名城保护制度建立40周年之际,文章结合住房和城乡建设部课题“十二五”“十三五”的全国名城保护设施建设规划,以阆中等名城为案例,阐述了国家专项资金在历史文化名城、街区(村镇)保护与更新方面的带动作用,呼吁国家加大名城保护专项资金的投入,并且形成制度保障实施。
Taking historic cities such as Langzhong city as examples,this paper expounds on the leading role of national special funds in the protection and regeneration of historic cities and conservation areas,and proposes that the state should increase the investment in national special funds with a guarantee system for implementation.
