摘要
为研究黄榆凝胶对大鼠皮肤愈伤组织的修复作用,建立大鼠烫伤模型,设立黄榆凝胶组、模型组、阳性对照组、正常组,记录给药后创面愈合率、愈合时间及结痂时间,测定大鼠皮肤组织中核转录因子-κB(nuclear transcription factor-κB,NF-κB)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和血管性血友病因子(von Willebrand factor,vWF)含量。结果表明:黄榆凝胶能显著缩短创面愈合时间及结痂时间,提高创面愈合率;黄榆凝胶组NF-κB、TNF-α和vWF含量均低于模型组和阳性对照组,指标之间有显著或极显著差异。综合而言,黄榆凝胶表现出明显的愈伤组织修复作用,具有潜在的临床应用价值。
In order to investigate the repair effect of Huangyu gel(HY gel)on rat skin callus,a rat scald model was established.HY gel group,model group,positive control group and normal group were set up respectively.The wound healing rate,healing time and scab time were recorded,meanwhile the NF-κB,TNF-αand vWF in rat skin tissue were determined.The results showed that HY gel can significantly reduce wound healing time and scab time,increase wound healing rate,the NF-κB,TNF-αand vWF of HY gel groups were lower than those in model groups and positive control groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The study showed that HY gel has obvious callus repair effect and potential clinical application value.
