电针联合低强度脉冲超声波治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效 被引量:4

Efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with low intensity pulsed ultrasound in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis

摘要 目的观察电针联合低强度脉冲超声波治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法80例老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用低强度脉冲超声波治疗,观察组采用电针联合低强度脉冲超声波治疗。比较治疗前后两组VAS疼痛评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果治疗后,两组VAS疼痛评分、WOMAC评分较治疗前降低(P<0.01),SF-36评分较治疗前升高(P<0.01),且观察组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(97.5%vs.87.5%)(P<0.05)。结论与单纯使用低强度脉冲超声波比较,电针联合低强度脉冲超声波治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎更能有效缓解膝关节疼痛,减轻症状,改善生活质量。 Objective To observe the efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with low intensity pulsed ultrasound in the elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods Eighty elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases each.The patients in group B were treated with low intensity pulsed ultrasound,and those in group A were treated with electroacupuncture combined with low intensity pulsed ultrasound.The VAS pain score,Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score and the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The VAS pain score and WOMAC score were lower and SF-36 score was higher after treatment than those before in the two groups(P<0.01),which were improved more obviously in group A(P<0.01).The total effectiveness rate was higher in group A than that in group B(97.5%vs.87.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to the treatment with low intensity pulsed ultrasound alone,combined use of electroacupuncture and low intensity pulsed ultrasound in the patients with knee osteoarthritis can more effectively relieve knee pain and symptoms,and improve the quality of life.
