摘要
为研究42CrMoA钢在两种热处理状态下高应变率的动态力学性能,利用万能材料试验机和霍普金森压杆设备(SHPB),分别开展常温下的准静态拉伸试验以及20℃~800℃的动态压缩试验,得到了正火和调质两种热处理状态下的应力—应变曲线,并依据以上试验数据建立了J-C本构模型,通过车削试验验证了本构模型的准确性。结果表明:应变率和温度对42CrMoA钢的应力变化有很大的影响,均存在动态回复和热软化效应。在正火热处理状态下,应变率对应力的影响更明显;而在调质热处理后,热软化效应更明显。
In order to study the dynamic mechanical properties of 42 CrMoA steel at high strain rate with two heat treatment conditions,a universal material testing machine and a Hopkinson pressure bar test(SHPB)are used to carry out quasi-static tensile tests and the dynamic compression tests at room temperature and 20℃~800℃.The stress-strain curves of normalizing condition and tempering condition are obtained.Based on the above experimental data,the J-C constitutive model is established.The results show that strain rate and temperature have a great influence on the stress change of 42 CrMoA steel.And both dynamic recovery and thermal softening effects exist.With normalizing heat treatment,the effect of strain rate on stress is obvious.After tempering heat treatment,the thermal softening effect is more obvious.
