摘要 土壤是人类生存的物质基础,当前土壤问题受到了国内外的广泛关注,其中最为突出的是土壤中有害化学物残留污染问题。有害化学物长期存留在土壤中,会通过食物链进入人体,引发人体内分泌系统、生殖系统、神经系统的严重疾病,给人类生命健康造成巨大威胁。因此,在土壤环境质量监测中,检测分析有害化学物残留及含量非常重要,这也是现阶段环境与健康领域重点研究的问题。基于此,本文重点对土壤环境质量监测中有害化学物残留及含量检测进行研究分析,主要从土壤样品预处理、样品有害化学物残留检验、有害化学物残留测定这三个环节着手,将各种处理与检测方式联用,形成全新的检测方法。实验证明,对比传统的检测方式,本文提出的检测方法可准确检测出土壤中有害化学物的成分及种类,检测结果准确性较高,值得推广应用。 As the material basis of human survival,soil has received widespread attention worldwide due to soil problems,of which the problem of residual pollution of harmful chemicals in soil is the most prominent.Harmful chemicals remain in the soil for a long time,and after entering the body through the food chain,they will cause serious diseases such as the human endocrine system,reproductive system,and nervous system,which seriously threaten human life and health.Therefore,in the monitoring of soil environmental quality,it is very important to detect and analyze the residues and contents of harmful chemicals,which is also a key issue in the field of environment and health at this stage.Based on this,this paper focuses on the research and analysis of harmful chemical residues and content detection in soil environmental quality monitoring,mainly from the three links of soil sample pretreatment,sample harmful chemical residue testing,and harmful chemical residue determination,and combines various treatment and detection methods to form a new detection method.Experiments have proved that compared with the traditional detection methods,the detection method proposed in this paper can accurately detect the types of harmful chemicals in the soil,and the accuracy of the test results is high,which is worth promoting and applying.
