摘要
目的评价苏子降气汤合补肺汤加减治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎的效果及对复发率的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2021年12月期间临沂市中医医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的慢性喘息性支气管炎患者60例并展开对照分析,按治疗方案不同分组,记作对比组、研究组(均n=30),前者予以常规西药治疗,后者联合苏子降气汤+补肺汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果、症状改善时间、中医证候积分变化、肺功能指标、血清炎性因子水平、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果研究组治疗总有效率96.67%明显较对比组的80.00%高(P<0.05)。参照对比组结果,研究组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息以及肺哮鸣音等消失时间均更短(P<0.05)。治疗后,参照对比组结果,研究组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息以及哮鸣音中医证候积分均更低,研究组PEF、FVC、FEV1水平均更高,TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平均更低(P<0.05)。研究组恶心呕吐、腹部不适以及过敏性皮疹等不良反应总发生率13.33%与对比组的10.00%比较差异不显著(P>0.05),参照对比组复发率20.00%,研究组复发率的3.33%更低(P<0.05)。结论苏子降气汤合补肺汤加减治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎可增强疗效,促进症状尽快消失,降低疾病复发率,且能够更好改善中医证候积分、肺功能以及血清炎性因子水平,值得临床借鉴、应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction and Bufei Decoction in the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis and its influence on the recurrence rate.Methods 60 patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis admitted to the Department of respiratory and critical care medicine of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and analyzed.They were divided into control group and study group(n=30)according to different treatment schemes.The former was treated with conventional western medicine,and the latter was treated with Suzi Jiangqi Decoction+Bufei decoction.The treatment effects,symptom improvement time,changes in TCM syndrome scores,and Lung function index,serum inflammatory factor level,adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate.Results The total effective rate of 96.67%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).According to the results of the control group,the disappearance time of cough,expectoration,wheezing and lung wheezing in the study group was shorter(P<0.05).After treatment,according to the results of the control group,the syndrome scores of cough,expectoration,wheezing and wheezing in the study group were lower,and the levels of PEF,FVC and FEV1 in the study group were higher;the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and CRP were lower(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,abdominal discomfort and allergic rash in the study group was 13.33%,which had no difference compared with 10.00%in the control group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the reference group was 20.00%,and the recurrence rate in the study group was 3.33%(P<0.05).Conc lusion Suzi Jiangqi decoction combined with Bufei Decoction in the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis can enhance the curative effect,promote the disappearance of symptoms as soon as possible,reduce the recurrence of the disease,and better improve the TCM syndrome score,lung function and the level of serum inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
