摘要
烟草生产受自然条件和栽培管理水平影响大,在非正常气候条件及管理失当情况下,都会产生异常素质烟叶。近年来,由于烤烟生长季节自然灾害频发,严重影响了烟叶正常的生长发育,烟叶物质代谢失调,从而影响了成熟鲜烟叶素质,导致特殊类型烟叶增多。因此,深入了解和掌握异常烟叶的烘烤特性,并探索配套烘烤工艺就显得颇为重要。本文综述了异常烟叶的成熟采收、烘烤特性、烘烤工艺及烘烤过程中生理生化动态变化,旨在为异常烟叶烘烤系统研究提供理论依据。
Tobacco production is greatly affected by natural conditions and the level of cultivation and management,and abnormal quality tobacco leaves will be produced under abnormal climatic conditions and improper management.In recent years,due to the frequent occurrence of natural disasters during the growing season of flue-cured tobacco,it had seriously affected the normal growth and development of tobacco leaves,and substance metabolism of tobacco leaves had been imbalanced,thus affecting mature fresh tobacco leaves and leading to an increase in special types of tobacco leaves.Therefore,it was very important to deeply understand and master the curing characteristics of abnormal tobacco leaves,and to explore the supporting curing technology.Tobacco harvesting,curing characteristics,curing technology and the physiological and biochemical changes during the flue-curing process of abnormal tobacco leaves were summarized,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the systematic research tobacco curing technology of abnormal tobacco leaves.
