摘要
目的综述中药中重金属检测方法的研究进展。方法通过检索近五年的相关文献,对用于中药中重金属检测的传统仪器方法和快速检测法进行归纳、总结和比较。结果原子吸收光谱法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法等传统仪器检测方法仍是中药中重金属检测最普遍、最常用的方法,但由于仪器庞大、操作复杂,很难实现现场检测和快速筛查。快速检测方法如电化学分析法和免疫分析法等也有相关的研究,但是受限于方法的选择性、灵敏度等,应用还非常有限。结论市场对中药中重金属检测方法“现场实时、快速、简便”的需求越来越大,亟需开发灵敏度高、选择性好、适用于现场分析的快速检测方法。
Objective To review the recent progress of detection methods for heavy metals in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The traditional methods and rapid methods for detecting heavy metals in traditional Chinese medicine were summarized and compared by searching relevant literatures in the past five years.Results Traditional detection methods,such as atomic absorption spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,are still the most commonly used methods for detecting heavy metals in traditional Chinese medicine.However,it is difficult to realize on-site detection and rapid screening due to huge equipment and complex operation.Rapid detection methods such as electrochemical analysis and immunoassay have also been studied,but due to the selectivity and sensitivity of the methods,their applications are still very limited.Conclusion The market has a growing demand for“real-time,rapid and simple on-site detection methods”for heavy metals in traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,it is of urgently need to develop rapid detection methods with high sensitivity,good selectivity and suitable for on-site analysis.
