饵料中添加藻粉对半刺厚唇鱼消化酶活性、抗氧化能力及体成分的影响 被引量:1

Effect of dietary algal powder on activity of digestive enzymes,antioxidant capacity and body composition in Acrossocheilius hemispinus

摘要 试验旨在探究饵料中添加不同藻粉对半刺厚唇鱼消化酶活性、抗氧化指标和体成分的影响。选取半刺厚唇鱼2 700尾,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复300尾鱼,1组(对照组)半刺厚唇鱼饲喂基础饵料,2组在基础饵料中添加5%小球藻,3组在基础饵料中添加5%螺旋藻。试验期90 d。结果显示:对照组相比,2组、3组鱼肠道消化酶(AMS)活性显著提高(P<0.05);各组间鱼肠道脂肪酶(LPS)活性差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,2组、3组鱼胰蛋白酶(TRY)活性显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,2组、3组鱼血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。试验各组间全鱼营养成分未发生显著变化(P>0.05)。研究表明,在饵料中添加小球藻或螺旋藻均能够显著提高半刺厚唇鱼的淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性,在一定程度上提升鱼的抗氧化能力,但对全鱼体成分影响不大,且在饵料中添加小球藻的效果优于螺旋藻。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of different algae powder on digestive enzyme activity,antioxidant indexes and body composition of Acrossocheilius hemispinus. A total of 2 700 Acrossocheilius hemispinus were randomly divided into three groups, with three replicates in each group and 300 fish in each replicate.Acrossocheilius hemispinus in group 1(control group) were fed with basal diet. The fish in group 2 were fed with basal diet supplement with 5% Chlorella, and the fish in group 3 were fed with basal diet with 5% Spirulina. The experiment lasted for 90 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the activity of fish intestinal digestive enzyme(AMS) in test group 2 and group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in intestinal lipase(LPS) activity among all groups(P>0.05). Compared with control group, the activity of trypsin(TRY) in group 2and group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) in group 2 and group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) was significantly decreased(P<0.05). There was no significant change in whole fish nutrient composition among experimental groups(P>0.05). The experiment indicates that adding Chlorella or Spirulina in diet can significantly improve the activity of amylase and trypsin, improve the oxidation capacity of fish to a certain extent, but has little effect on the whole body composition, and the effect of adding Chlorella in diet is better than that of Spirulina.
