摘要
目前医学院校均有多所非直属附属医院,但学校与非直属附属医院的人员编制、运行机制、归口管理从属两套不同体系,学校对非直属附属医院监管及考核较难。本文基于目标管理学理论及关键绩效考核方法,针对目前医学院校对非直属附属医院在考核评价工作中的问题进行研究分析,以某医学院校为例,构建非直属附属医院贡献度考核体系,探索该考核体系的实施要点。
At present,each medical college or university has a number of non-directly affiliated hospitals.However,the staffing,operation mechanism and centralized management of the college or university and the non-directly affiliated hospitals belong to two different systems,which makes it difficult for the college or university to supervise and assess the non-directly affiliated hospitals.Based on objective management theory and key performance assessment method,and on studies and analysis of the problems in the assessment and evaluation of non-directly affiliated hospitals of medical colleges or universities,by taking a medical college as an example,a contribution assessment system of non-directly affiliated hospitals was constructed,and the key points of implementation of the assessment system was explored.
