摘要
对某汽车制造厂冲压车间无功补偿柜电气事故进行分析。现场监测配电柜总进线端、无功补偿柜支路、有源滤波装置支路的电能质量,抽取无功补偿柜、电容器、电抗器,送至电气专业试验室进行检测分析。根据此次现场电能质量检测数据结合实验室测试结果,对事故发生的可能原因做了解释,最后提出了解决方案及措施。
The electrical accident of reactive power compensation cabinet in stamping workshop of an automobile manufacturer was analyzed.The power quality of the main incoming line end,the branch of reactive compensation cabinet and branch of active filter device of the distribution cabinet was monitored on site,the reactive power compensation cabinet,capacitor and reactor are extracted and sent to the electrical professional laboratory for inspection and analysis.According to the data of the field power quality test,the results of the laboratory test are combined,the possible causes of the accident were explained,and finally the solutions and measures are put forward.
