摘要
花生芽菜营养价值高、经济效益好,市场需求不断增加,是花生产业链可持续发展的重要方向。花生品种之间生芽特性有较大差异,为筛选出适宜本地区芽菜生产的花生品种,本文收集了山东地区主栽的花生品种以及地方特色农家种17个,对其百株质量、菜米质量比、裂瓣率、菜米净产出质量比、下胚轴长度、宽度、下胚轴可溶性固形物含量等发芽性状进行了研究分析。结果表明,在相同种植条件下,不同花生品种在菜米质量比、裂瓣率、菜米净产出质量比、下胚轴长与宽等性状上有显著差异。经过综合比较,筛选出花育25号、潍花14号、花育20号3个适宜芽菜生产的花生品种,为花生芽菜的生产提供理论参考和技术支撑。
Peanut sprouts,with high nutritional value,good economic benefits and increasing market demanding,are important target for sustainable development of peanut industry chain.There are great differences in sprout development according to peanut cultivars.In order to screen out peanut cultivars suitable for sprout production,seventeen main and local cultivars in Shandong province were collected and studied.Sprouting traits such as one hundred plant mass,sprout/seed mass ratio,cotyledon splitting ratio,sprout/seed net output mass ratio,hypocotyl size,soluble solid content of hypocotyl were measured.The results showed that there were significant differences in sprout/seed mass ratio,cotyledon splitting ratio,sprout/seed net output mass ratio,hypocotyl size among cultivars under the same culture condition.After the comprehensive comparison,three cultivars,Huayu25,Weihua14,and Huayu20,were elected which are suitable for peanut sprout production.This study can provide the theoretical and technological support for peanut sprout production in the future.
