摘要
目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的效果。方法选取2019年7月—2021年7月佛山市南海区第六人民医院收治的80例有生育要求的多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者,所有患者随机分为单一用药组和联合用药组各40例。单一用药组采用来曲唑促排卵治疗,联合用药组采用坤泰胶囊联合来曲唑促排卵治疗。观察并比较两组尿促性素使用率和使用量,以及诱导排卵日成熟卵泡数目、卵泡平均直径、子宫内膜情况,排卵率、妊娠率、不良反应发生情况。结果联合用药组尿促性素使用率和平均使用量,以及诱导排卵日子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡数目、卵泡平均直径,排卵率及妊娠率均优于单一用药组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未见药物不良反应发生。结论坤泰胶囊联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症,较单独使用来曲唑具有更好的促排卵效果,能够进一步提高妊娠率,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of kuntai capsule combined with letrozole in the treatment of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 80 infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with reproductive needs admitted to the Sixth People’s Hospital of Nanhai District in Foshan City from July 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into single drug group(40 cases)and combined drug group(40 cases).The single drug group were treated with letrozole,and the combined drug group were treated with kuntai capsule combined with letrozole.The use rate and amount of menotrophin,number of mature follicles,average diameter of follicles,endometrium status,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The use rate and amount of menotrophin,the endometrial thickness,the number of mature follicles,the average diameter of follicles,the ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate in the combined drug group were significantly better than those in the single drug group(P<0.05).There were no adverse drug reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with letrozole in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome has better ovulation induction effect than letrozole alone,can further improve the pregnancy rate,and is worth promoting.
