贝氏体钢组合辙叉心轨过早失效原因微观分析

摘要 对陇海铁路一车站过早失效的贝氏体钢组合辙叉心轨进行材料及力学性能试验,从微观角度对其过早失效的原因进行了分析。结果表明,贝氏体钢组织中存在大量不稳定的块状残余奥氏体和较多的带尖锐棱角的TiN及Ti类复合夹杂物,是辙叉心轨过早失效的主要原因。从辙叉钢组织角度,要控制贝氏体组织形态,尤其是消除块状残余奥氏体;从辙叉钢冶金质量角度,不仅要控制较大尺寸夹杂物的数量和尺寸,也要控制细小的夹杂物,尤其是TiN等带尖锐棱角的夹杂物。 The material and mechanical properties of bainite steel composite frog center rail which failed prematurely in a station of Lanzhou-Lianyungang Railway were tested,and the causes of its premature failure were analyzed from the microscopic point of view.The results show that there are a lot of unstable massive retained austenite and a lot of TiN and Ti compound inclusions with sharp edges and corners in the bainitic steel structure,which are the main reasons for the premature failure of frog center rail.From the point of view of frog steel structure,it is necessary to control the morphology of Bainite,especially to eliminate the massive retained austenite.From the perspective of metallurgical quality of frog steel,it is necessary to control not only the quantity and size of inclusions with large size,but also small inclusions,especially those with sharp edges and corners such as TiN.
