摘要
目的分析院感垂直管理模式在溃疡性结肠炎胃肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年12月连云港市第二人民医院收治并接受胃肠镜检查的80例溃疡性结肠炎患者临床资料,依据采取的院感管理方法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采取传统院感管理模式,观察组采取院感垂直管理模式,比较两组院感(交叉感染、医源性感染)总发生率、肠镜检查信任评分(用药指导、体位指导、进镜操作)、消毒合格率(肠镜内腔、肠镜水槽、医护人员手卫生、室内空气)。结果观察组院感总发生率低于对照组,消毒合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理前两组患者的肠镜检查信任评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),管理后观察组的肠镜检查信任评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院感垂直管理模式有助于降低溃疡性结肠炎患者胃肠镜检查的院感总发生率、提升患者信任程度并提高消毒合格率,值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of vertical nosocomial infection management mode in gastrointestinal endoscopy of ulcerative colitis.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Lianyungang from January 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and patients were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group according to the different nosocomial infection management modes they adopted.The control group adopted the traditional nosocomial infection management mode,while the observation group adopted the vertical nosocomial infection management mode.The total incidence of nosocomial infections(cross infection and iatrogenic infection),endoscopy trust score(medication instruction,posture instruction,scope-forward operation)and qualified rate of disinfection(endoscopy cavity,endoscopy sink,hand hygiene of medical staff,indoor air)were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the qualified rate of disinfection was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the endoscopy trust score between the two groups before management(P>0.05),but the endoscopy trust score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after management,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The vertical nosocomial infection management mode is helpful to reduce the total incidence of nosocomial infection in patients with ulcerative colitis undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy,enhance patients’trust,and improve the qualified rate of disinfection.Therefore,it is worth promotion.
