Objective To investigate the effect and value of cytokine-induced killer cell(CIK) immunotherapy in the treatment of renal cell carcinoma(RCC).Methods 108 RCC patients were selected and divided into 2 groups using random number table method with 54 each. The control group was treated with interleukin-2(IL-2) after surgery, and the observation group was treated with CIK for 4 courses. The 2 groups were compared for peripheral blood images and liver and kidney function, immune function [CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+),natural killer cells(NK),CD_(4)^(+)CD_(25)^(+)T cells].Results No(P>0.05);the immune function indicators before treatment(P>0.05);CD_(8)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)CD_(25)^(+)were lower than the control group, and the levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)and NK were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CIK in RCC patients is effective to regulating immune function, and does not affect peripheral blood image and liver and kidney function. It is a safe and effective treatment plan.In addition, the treatment process needs to strengthen the health education of patients, popularize the relevant knowledge of disease and treatment to patients, and improve the treatment compliance of patients.
