摘要
目的探讨生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的临床应用及其价值。方法选取2021年1—12月厦门市第五医院收治的240例疑似2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,均给予尿常规检验和生化检验,并以临床诊断结果为金标准,对比检验方式的诊断效能。结果临床诊断结果为120例2型糖尿病患者,生化检验结果显示,阳性119例,阴性121例;尿常规检验结果显示,阳性127例,阴性113例。生化检验在诊断敏感性96.67%、特异性97.50%、准确性97.08%、阳性预测值97.48%、阴性预测值96.69%均明显高于尿常规检验73.33%、67.50%、70.42%、69.29%、71.68%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.334、13.010、10.667、12.819、10.501,P<0.05)。结论生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的敏感性、特异性及准确性高,能为临床诊治提供可靠依据。
Objective To explore the clinical application and value of biochemical tests in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods 240 patients with suspected type 2 diabetes admitted to the Fifth Hospital of Xiamen from January to December 2021 were selected as study subjects,and both urine routine tests and biochemical tests were given,and the diagnostic efficacy of the tests was compared with the clinical diagnostic results as the gold standard.Results The clinical diagnosis was 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the biochemical test results showed 119 positive cases and 121 negative cases;the urine routine test results showed 127 positive cases and 113 negative cases.The biochemical tests were significantly more sensitive 96.67%,specificity 97.50%,accuracy 97.08%,positive predictive value 97.48%and negative predictive value 96.69%than the routine urine tests 73.33%,67.50%,70.42%,69.29%and 71.68%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.334,13.010,10.667,12.819,10.501,P<0.05).Conclusion The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of biochemical tests in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus are high and can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
