摘要
农村公共文化服务作为乡村振兴的重要内容,已从概念提出、体系建设不断发展为对其效能提升的关注。学界对农村公共文化服务效能的研究多是个案研究,着眼于建立效能评价指标体系、提出效能提升对策路径,这对丰富我国农村文化建设研究,提升农村公共文化服务水平发挥了重要作用。囿于我国农村多样性、差异性的现状,农村公共文化服务效能提升亟待构建一个适用性、推广性、实践性较强的理论模型,以厘清效能的内部机理和外部机制,助力实践路径的探索。基于对农村公共文化服务内涵的理解,从文化资本的理论视角切入,构建农村公共文化服务效能提升理论模型并阐释其逻辑机理。
As a necessary part of rural revitalization,rural public cultural service has been concerned about its efficiency improvement from the concept and system construction.The research on the efficiency of rural public cultural services in academia and industry mostly takes specific cases as the research object,focusing on establishing the efficiency evaluation index system and proposing the efficiency improvement path,which plays a silent role in enriching the research on rural cultural construction and improving the level of rural public cultural services.Due to the diversity of rural areas in China,it is urgent to build a theoretical model with strong applicability,generalization and practicality to improve the efficiency of rural public cultural services,in order to clarify the internal and external mechanisms of efficiency,help the exploration of practical paths,and supplement the existing research.Based on the understanding of the connotation of rural public cultural services,from the theoretical perspective of cultural capital,a theoretical model for improving the efficiency of rural public cultural services is constructed.
