摘要
随着煤化工行业的成熟发展和进步,各类在线分析仪表也在实际生产中得到了广泛的应用。在煤化工企业中对气化合成气组成检测的方法基本有以下几种:色谱检测、红外检测、色谱和红外组合检测以及质谱检测的方式。某化工企业投产10余年来,通过对在线仪表预处理系统的不断改造,保证了仪表的长期稳定运行,同时在对仪表的维护和维修上积累了很多宝贵的经验。本文着重介绍了ABB PGC2000 Series E2色谱仪在气化炉合成气组分分析中的应用及常见故障的判断和处理。
With the mature development and progress of coal chemical industry, various online analytical instruments have also been widely used in practical production. In coal chemical enterprises, there are basically the following methods to detect the composition of gasification gas, including chromatographic detection, infrared detection, chromatographic and infrared combined detection and mass spectrometry detection. Since a chemical enterprise was put into operation for more than ten years, the continuous transformation of the online instrument pretreatment system has ensured the long-term stable operation of the instrument,and has accumulated a lot of valuable experience in the maintenance and repair of the instrument. This paper mainly introduces the application of ABB PGC2000 Series E2 chromatograph in the composition analysis of syngas in gasifier and the judgment and treatment of common faults.
