摘要
厂区新增空分装置,项目调试时发现空压机组汽轮机转子静止即零转速时转速信号出现不定期无规律跳变现象,迫使机组调试工作中断。在对机组控制系统接地屏蔽、信号传输线缆、转速探头及系统卡件故障因素进行逐一排除后,在深入了解转速探头工作原理的基础上进行综合分析,确认是由于转速探头电源回路中引入高频分量造成传输信号干扰引发该现象,并通过在转速检测回路中增加特定类型隔离栅为转速探头提供隔离电源的方式解决了汽轮机零转速跳变问题,验证了故障原因分析,为其他装置现场相同或类似问题的处理和解决提供了一种思路和方向。
The new air separation unit was added in the plant area. During the project commissioning, it was found that the speed signal of the air compressor unit turbine has irregular jump phenomenon when the rotor was stationary, that is, at zero speed, forcing the unit commissioning to be interrupted. After troubleshooting the grounding shield, signal transmission cable, speed probe and system card of the unit control system one by one, comprehensive analysis was conducted on the basis of in-depth understanding of the working principle of the speed probe, and it was confirmed that the transmission signal interference was caused by the introduction of high-frequency components in the power circuit of the speed probe. The problem of turbine zero speed jump is solved by adding a specific type of isolation barrier in the speed detection circuit to provide isolation power for the speed probe, and the fault cause analysis is verified, which provides a way of thinking and direction for handling and solving the same or similar problems in other devices.
