摘要
为了优化热轧不锈钢板工艺,需要准确获知不锈钢板热轧时的首尾形状。根据位于热轧产线不同位置的对射激光传感器组被板材遮挡的情况和时长,探知热轧板材在产线上的运动速度,利用热轧板材推进速度和对射激光传感器组被遮挡情况和时长推算出板材首尾边缘到平整基准线的距离,从而得到热轧板材的首尾形状。研制的系统在浦项(张家港)不锈钢热轧产线上进行了在线实测,结果显示热轧板材首尾形状纵向误差小于2 cm,且具有良好的稳定性,能够满足热轧工艺优化和控制要求。
To optimize the hot-rolled stainless steel sheet process, it is necessary to accurately obtain the shape of the head and tail of the stainless steel sheet during hot rolling.Based on the blocking situation and the blocking time of the laser sensors located at two different positions in the hot rolling line, the speed of the hot-rolled sheet in the line is detected, and the distance from the head and tail edges of the sheet to the flattening reference line is deduced from the advancing speed of the hot-rolled sheet and the blocking situation and blocking time of the detection sensors so that the head and tail shape of the hot-rolled sheet can be obtained.The developed system is measured online in POSCO(Zhangjiagang) stainless steel hot rolling line, and the longitudinal error of the head and tail shape is less than 2 cm and has good stability, which can meet the requirements of hot rolling process optimization and control.
