摘要
提升警察职业认同感可促进人民警察投入工作岗位,激发其工作热情。警察院校是培养未来预备警官的重要阵地,可从培养警察队伍的源头抓起,实现事半功倍。通过厘清警察职业认同的内涵及结构,结合思政课堂教育的内容、方法以及警校文化输出,提升警察院校学生的职业认同感,帮助其在未来实际的组织、实战工作中有更好的适应性及发展可能性。
Enhancing the police’s sense of professional identity can encourage police to devote themselves to their work and stimulate their enthusiasm for work. Police academies are an important position for training future reserve police officers,starting from the source of training the police force and achieving twice the result with half the effort. By clarifying the connotation and structure of police professional identity,combined with the content and methods of ideological and political classroom education and the cultural output of the police academy,the police academy students’ sense of professional identity of police academies is enhanced,and helps them have better adaptability and development possibilities in the actual organization and actual combat work in the future.
