摘要
“幼有所育”的有效实现关系到儿童的健康成长与国家的未来发展,是共同富裕进程中公共服务优质共享的重要体现。近年来,我国的学前教育取得了长足的发展,但仍存在问题。在阐述“幼有所育”内涵的基础上,探讨其与共同富裕的耦合关系,同时对“幼有所育”有效实现存在的困境进行分析,提出共同富裕进程中“幼有所育”有效实现的路径,即从主体、过程、目标和手段四点出发,加大公办学前教育机构发展力度,重点构建优质学前托育体系,提高学前教育的财政投入水平以及强化幼儿教育的顶层设计和标准引领。
Ensuring access to childcare is related to the healthy growth of children and the future development of the country.It is an important embodiment of the high-quality sharing of public services in the process of common prosperity.The preschool education in China has made great progress in recent years,but its defects are also obvious.On the basis of expounding on the meaning of ensuring access to childcare,this paper explains the coupling relationship between ensuring access to childcare and common prosperity.Meanwhile,it analyzes the existing predicament in the effectiveness of ensuring access to childcare in the process of common prosperity.Finally,it puts forward the paths in ensuring access to childcare.In other words,from the perspective of subjects,processes,goals and means,we need to increase the development of public preschool education institutions,focus on building a high-quality preschool nursery system,increase financial investment in preschool education,and strengthen the top-evel design and standard guidance of early childhood education.
