摘要
近年来我国快运市场规模保持年均复合增长率7%的增速增长,铁路行包快运作为面向中高端快运市场的运输模式,业务规模并未随着快运市场蓬勃发展而持续扩大,而是在2008年后逐年萎缩。鉴于当前发展背景,深入剖析铁路行包快运业务存在问题,探究业务发展制约因素,明晰铁路行包快运业务定位、目标市场定位,从行包车辆能力补强、行包房设施改造、行李车运输组织优化、冷链物流产品创新等维度提出铁路行包快运业务发展策略,为改变铁路行包快运业务经营现状提供新思路。
In recent years,the scale of China’s express market has maintained an average annual compound growth rate of 7%.Railway luggage express is a transport mode for the mid-to-high-end express market,whose business scale did not continue to expand with the rapid development of the express market but shrank year by year after 2008.In view of the current development background,this paper deeply analyzed the problems with the railway luggage express business,explored the constraints of business development,and clarified the positions of the railway luggage express business and target market.On this basis,it proposed the development strategy for the railway luggage express business from multiple dimensions.These dimensions include the replenishment of luggage vehicle capacity,renovation of luggage room facilities,optimization of luggage-car transportation organization,and innovation of cold-chain logistics products.The research provides new ideas for changing the current situation of the railway luggage express business.
