摘要
以一种3D打印柔性光敏树脂配方为基础,研究了不同配比的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、IBOA、PEGDA、TMPTA、CFTA对于固化后收缩率性能的影响,用正交试验设计进行了该配方的优化,结果表明该树脂体系用于3D打印的优化配方为40%聚氨酯RJ423+20%IBOA+20%PEGDA+15%CFTA+5%TMPTA时,目标优化性能的体积收缩率最小。
Based on the formula of a 3D printing fl exible UV resin,the effects of polyurethane acrylates,IBOA,PEGDA,TMPTA and CFTA in different proportions on the shrinkage performance after curing were studied,The formula was optimized by orthogonal experiment design.The results show that the volume shrinkage of the target optimized performance is the lowest when the optimal formula of the resin system for 3D printing is 40%polyurethane RJ423+20%IBOA+20%PEGDA+15%CFTA+5%TMPTA.
