摘要
为解放海测滩煤矿建(构)物下压煤,缓解矸石排放造成的环境污染问题。以海测滩煤矿开采条件为背景,提出了矸石膏体充填开采总体技术架构,开展了膏体充填材料制备系统、管道运输系统及工作面充填系统的研究,并对地表移动变形进行了分析。确定了膏体制备系统工艺流程;科学分析并确定了膏体充填工作面参数;计算得到了充填开采后,移动变形值小于高压输电线塔基变形控制指标,有效解决海测滩煤矿矸石处理问题和保护生态环境。
In order to liberate Haicetan coal mine construction(structure)coal pressure,and alleviate the environmental pollution caused by gangue discharge.Based on the mining conditions of Haicetan coal mine,this paper puts forward the general technical framework of gangue filling mining,carries out the research on paste filling material preparation system,pipeline transportation system and working face filling system,and makes the prediction analysis of surface movement and deformation.The process flow of paste preparation system was determined.The parameters of paste filling face are analyzed and determined scientifically.It is calculated that after paste filling mining,the moving deformation value is less than the deformation control index of the high voltage transmission line base,which effectively solves the problem of coal gangue treatment and protects the ecological environment.
