摘要
本文主要介绍了在辽西北供水二期工程施工中,由于供水管道直径较大、管道较长且管道穿越主城区,为保证供水管道可以正常工作,防止后续在供水过程中出现泄露等问题,项目部对安装后的管道进行密封性检测检验,确保管道安装质量合格,杜绝因施工质量问题而引起的返工返修,减少了对城市居民用水的影响,同时也对管道施工的相关工艺进行检验,使得其后续施工质量处于可控中。通过对现场安装后的管道进行密封性检测,确保了其密封性符合有关规定,从而保证了大直径供水管道的安全运行。
This paper mainly introduces that during the construction of the second phase of the northwest Liaoning water supply project,due to the large diameter of the water supply pipeline,the long pipeline and the pipeline crossing the main urban area,in order to ensure that the water supply pipeline can work normally and prevent leakage in the subsequent water supply process,the project department will carry out sealing inspection on the installed pipeline to ensure that the quality of the pipeline interface is qualified,and eliminate rework and repair caused by construction quality problems,The impact on urban residents'water consumption is reduced,and the relevant process of pipeline construction is also inspected,so that the subsequent construction quality is under control.Through the leak tightness test of the pipes installed on site,it is ensured that the leak tightness conforms to the relevant regulations,thus ensuring the safe operation of large diameter water supply pipes.
