摘要 本文结合南京某过江隧道大直径泥水盾构机在岩石段掘进施工及带压换刀期间,根据不同工况下泥水指标需求不同,需要频繁置换以满足掌子面稳定,因此重点研究在泥水频繁置换下的泥水管理技术,分析在岩石段掘进及带压换刀期间遇到的问题,总结泥水管理经验,为后续长距离复杂地层隧道泥水式盾构泥水管理提供借鉴及相关参考。 This paper combines the construction of a large-diameter shield machine in a tunnel across the river in Nanjing during the excavation of the rock section and the tool change under pressure.Due to the different mud index requirements under different working conditions,the mud needs to be replaced frequently to meet the stability of the Heading Face in Tunnel Excavation.Therefore,this paper focus on mud management technology under frequent mud replacement,analyze the problems encountered during rock section boring and tool change with pressure,summarize mud management experience,and provide reference for mud management in subsequent long distance mud-water shield tunnels with complex strata.
