摘要
在全面推进健康中国建设的目标下,我国新版健康建筑评价标准正式实施。针对我国城市住宅健康性能评价,依托《健康建筑评价标准》、《健康住宅评价标准》和WELL V2,从评价对象、评价流程、评价内容和评价方法4个方面,对比各评价体系的差异和特点,并阐述了简明的评价流程对标准推广普及的推动作用,权重体系对住宅设计和健康性能优化的引导作用,评价内容差异为健康性能优化提供了更灵活的操作空间,而评价底线要求对住宅健康综合性能提升的保障。《健康建筑评价标准》在深化健康住宅设计理念、普及和提升社会认知、提升人居环境品质和推动我国健康住宅建设等方面,将成为指导城市住宅设计、提升居民生活品质的重要助力。
Under the goal of promoting the term “Healthy China”, the new version of assessment standard for healthy building was officially implemented in November 2021. Aiming at the healthy performance evaluation of urban housing, the discrepancy and specialty between “The Assessment Standard for Healthy Building”, “The Evaluation Standard for Healthy Housing” and “The Well Building Standard”(WELL V2) are comparatively researched from four evaluation aspects of object, process, content and method. The promoting role of concise evaluation process in the popularization of standards is expounded, as well as the guiding role of weight system in the optimization of residential design and healthy performance. The difference in evaluation contents provided a flexible operating space for the optimization of residential healthy performance, while the bottom line of that required the guarantee for the improvement of comprehensive residential healthy performance. “The Assessment Standard for Healthy Building” provides vital support for guiding urban housing design and improving the quality of living, from the perspectives of deepening the concept of healthy residential design, enhancing social cognition, improving living environment, and accelerating the construction of healthy housing in China.
