摘要
目的分析2017-2021年河南省水痘流行病学特征,为制定水痘防控策略提供参考依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2017-2021年河南省水痘病例和突发公共卫生事件,采用描述流行病学方法分析报告发病率、时间分布、性别和年龄分布、地区分布、职业分布、突发卫生事件报告情况。结果2017-2021年河南省共报告水痘132084例,年均报告发病率为27.54/10万,报告发病率在19.47/10万~36.52/10万之间;每年两次发病高峰分别为4月至7月和10月至次年1月,2020年发病率高峰在10月至次年1月,呈单峰状态;发病年龄主要集中在3~14岁,占69.19%;以学生为主,占61.18%;报告水痘突发公共卫生事件36起,均发生在学校,涉及水痘病例1031例。结论水痘发病具有明显的季节性,学生为水痘的高发人群,应加强水痘疫情监测,警惕中小学校水痘突发公共卫生事件;建议提高两剂次水痘疫苗接种率。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of varicella in Henan from 2017 to 2021,and provide a reference for formulating varicella prevention and control strategies.Methods Varicella cases and public health emergency events in Henan from 2017 to 2021 were collected from China Disease Control and Prevention Information System,and descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze and report the incidence,time distribution,gender and age distribution,regional distribution,occupational distribution,and public health emergency events.Results A total of 132084 cases of varicella were reported in Henan from 2017 to 2021,with the average annual incidence of 27.54/105.The incidence ranged from 19.47/105to36.52/105.The incidence has two peaks each year,one from April to July and another from October to January of the next year,but incidence peak in 2020 was unimodal(from October to January of the next year).Varicella mainly occurred in the children of3-14 years old,accounting for 69.19%.The majority of patients were students,accounting for 61.18%.In total,36 public health emergency events were reported,and all of them occurred in schools,involving 1031 cases of varicella.Conclusion The incidence of varicella has obvious seasonality,and students are the high-risk population of varicella,so it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance of varicella and remain vigilant against the public health emergencies of varicella in primary and secondary schools.Two doses of varicella vaccine are recommended.
