硼铸铁汽车引擎汽缸套切削加工用PCBN刀具材料的制备与切削性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了一种硼铸铁汽车引擎汽缸套切削加工用PCBN刀具材料的制备方法,并对PCBN刀具材料配比、合成块组装以及烧结工艺参数进行了探讨。结果表明,PCBN刀具材料显微硬度为3 669HV、抗冲击次数63次、抗弯强度906 MPa、磨耗比8 858,证明PCBN刀具材料具有良好的力学性能,在铸铁类零件的加工中有很好的应用前景。通过硼铸铁汽缸套切削加工试验,验证了合成的PCBN刀具材料具有良好的耐磨性,以此刀具加工硼铸铁类零件的表面粗糙度可达0.486μm。 A material synthsis method of PCBN tool that is used to machine automobile engine cylinder sleeve made of boron-containing cast iron was introduced, and the component ratio, assembly of synthetic blocks and sintering process parameters for the tool material were all discussed. It is found that the synthesized PCBN tool material has microhardness of 3 669 HV, impact resistance of 63 times, bending strength of 906 MPa and wear ratio of 8 858, indicating that it has a good mechanical properties and a good application prospect in the machining of cast iron parts. The machining test of the cylinder sleeve made of boron-containing cast iron has verified that this synthesized PCBN tool material has good wear resistance, and the cast iron parts machined with the PCBN tool shows a roughness of 0.486 μm, meeting the surface roughness requirement.
