摘要
龙桥矿业公司选矿厂入选的是含铜硫磁铁矿石,采用弱磁选选铁、选铁尾矿再回收铜、硫的工艺流程。为了确保选矿厂生产能力稳定在300万t/a,进行了重磁拉选矿机磨前湿式预选抛废试验研究和生产改造。结果表明,改造工艺可抛出产率为6.68%、粒度为12~2 mm、全铁含量8.16%、磁性铁含量1.14%、铜含量0.05%、硫含量0.96%废石,该废水可作为优质建材石料出售;磨前采用重磁拉选矿机进行湿式预选,年创效益2128.38万元;重磁拉选矿机在磨前进行湿式预选,可以确保矿山300万t/a的生产规模。
The ores for selectin in the dressing plant of Longqiao Mining Co.,Ltd.is magnetite ores containing copper and sulfur,which was concentrated by the process of low intensity magnetic separation for iron separation and recovery of copper and sulfur from iron separation tailings.In order to ensuring the production capacity of the dressing plant maintaining at 3 million t/a,the test research and production transformation of wet preconcentration and waste disposal with gravity magnetic pull separator are carried out before grinding.The results showed that waste stone with yield of 6.68%,particle size of 12~2 mm,TFe content of 8.16%,magnetic iron content of 1.14%,copper content of 0.05%,and the sulfur content of0.96%was obtained.The waste ore can be sold as high-quality building materials.The gravity magnetic pull separator was used for wet preconcentration before grinding,bringing about an annual benefit of21.2838 million yuan and ensuring the production scale of 3 million t/a for the mine.
