摘要
在全球应对气候变化的大背景下,有效利用新能源,构建清洁多样化的能源体系是我国高质量发展的重要目标之一。急速发展的高容量动力电池为我国努力实现“碳达峰、碳中和”作出了巨大贡献,但随着大量动力电池陆续退役,我国将在未来承受巨大生态环境压力。对我国退役动力电池回收现状展开论述,因技术、成本和市场等原因,目前我国退役动力电池回收系统构建尚不完善,应从争取财政和政策、搭建绿色科技公共服务平台、健全产学研人才和知识产权保障体系等方面着手,构建绿色环保的退役动力电池的梯次利用、拆解回收系统,高效分选回收锂、钴、镍等关键原材料,保障我国新能源动力电池及其相关产业的健康可持续发展,更为我国新时代的能源体系作出贡献。
In the context of the global response to climate change,effective use of new energy and building a clean and diversified energy system is one of the important goals of China′s high-quality development.The rapid development of high-capacity power batteries had made great contributions to China′s efforts to achieve"carbon peaking and carbon neutralization".However,with the retirement of a large number of power batteries,China would bear huge ecological and environmental pressure in the future.This paper discussed the current situation of the recycling of retired power batteries in China.Due to technology,cost and market reasons,the construction of the recycling system of retired power batteries in China was not perfect.We should strive for finance and policy,build a green science and technology public service platform,improve the production,education and research personnel and intellectual property protection system to build a green and environment-friendly system for the cascade utilization,disassembly and recycling of retired power batteries,and efficiently sort and recover lithium,cobalt nickel and other key raw materials could ensure the healthy and sustainable development of China′s new energy power battery and related industries,and contribute to China′s energy system in the new era.
