地面钻孔抽采对采空区自燃“三带”的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决魏家地煤矿工作面煤层透气性系数低,采空区瓦斯治理难的安全生产问题,以该矿北1103工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟和现场实践等方法,对地面钻孔瓦斯抽采后,采空区自燃“三带”的变化规律进行了分析研究,并给出了相关自然发火对应防治措施。结果表明,北1103工作面经地面钻孔抽采瓦斯后,采空区散热带宽度由56 m增加至61 m;氧化带宽度由29 m增加至39 m;窒息带宽度由315 m减少至300 m。本次研究有效解决了北1103采空区瓦斯涌出量大与自然发火隐患问题。研究结果适用于魏家地煤矿采取综合立体瓦斯抽采治理模式的工作面,极大地保护了工作面安全回采,对落实矿井的安全高效生产及经济价值效益具有良好的工程示范意义。 In order to solve the safety production problem of low permeability coefficient of the coal seam in the working face of Weijiadi Coal Mine and difficult gas control in the goaf,taking the north 1103 working face of the mine as the engineering background,using numerical simulation and field practice and other methods,this paper analyzed and studied the change law of the"Three Zones"of spontaneous combustion in the goaf after the surface drilling gas extraction,and gave the corresponding prevention and control measures for spontaneous combustion.The results showed that the width of the diffuse zone in the goaf was increased from 56 m to 61 m after the gas was pumped from the surface boreholes in the north 1103 working face;The width of oxidation zone was increased from 29 m to 39 m;The width of the choking zone was reduced from 315 m to 300 m.This study effectively solved the problem of large gas emission and hidden danger of spontaneous combustion in North 1103 goaf.The research results were applicable to the working face of Weijiadi Coal Mine adopting the comprehensive three-dimensional gas drainage management mode,which greatly protected the safe mining of the working face,and had a good engineering demonstration significance for implementing the safe and efficient production and economic value benefits of the mine.
