摘要
新冠疫情之下,农产品冷链物流存在诸多挑战,与此同时也将迎来新的发展。文章通过分析新冠疫情下农产品冷链物流的发展趋势,发现存在物流基础设施不完善、应急措施不健全、冷链安全保障欠缺、环保技术待提高、供应链信息断层、冷链物流高级人才短缺等问题,并从推进产地冷链物流技术、保障农产品源头安全、增强物流技术创新、加快物流平台建设、启动物流应急预案、增强应急物流能力、大力发展冷链物流高级人才等方面提出建议,以促进未来农产品冷链物流的发展。
With the onset of COVID-19,the cold chain logistics of agricultural products,while encountering a range of challenges,is expected to embrace new developments.Through analysis of the cold chain logistics of agricultural products during the epidemic,this paper identifies the defects in its development,including imperfect logistics infrastructure,unsound emergency measures,inadequate cold chain security,limited environmental protection technology,fragmented supply chain information,and a shortage of senior talents in cold chain logistics.Targeted suggestions are put forward,including optimizing cold chain logistics technology in producing areas,ensuring the safety of agricultural products at source,promoting technological innovation in logistics,accelerating the construction of logistics platforms,initiating logistics emergency plans,enhancing emergency logistics capabilities,and attaching importance to senior talents in cold chain logistics,with a view to promoting the future development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products.
