摘要
目的分析中药专利方治疗急性胰腺炎(AP)的用药规律,为AP临床治疗提供参考。方法以“急性胰腺炎”和“中药”为关键词,检索国家知识产权-中国专利公告数据库建库至2022年3月4日收录的关于AP的中药专利复方,将检索出的中药复方导入到古今医案云平台,对所有药材进行统计分析、关联分析、聚类分析和复杂网络分析。结果纳入治疗AP的中药专利方95个,涉及药材419种,其中频次在前10位的依次为大黄、甘草、枳实、柴胡、厚朴、黄芩、芒硝、延胡索、蒲公英、木香。药材四气以温性为主,其次为寒、微寒、平、凉;五味以苦为主,其次为辛、甘、酸、咸;归经以肝经为主,其次胃、脾、肺、心经。关联规则分析得到药对14组,对前20味药物进行聚类分析得到药物组合5组,复杂网络分析得到核心组方为大柴胡汤、三承气汤、黄龙汤等加减。结论中药专利复方治疗AP温寒、苦辛并用,以清热解毒泄火、利湿退黄、凉血解毒、逐瘀通经为法。
Objective To analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine patent prescriptions in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP),and to provide reference for clinical treatment of AP.Methods Using“acute pancreatitis”and“traditional Chinese medicine”as key words,we searched the National Intellectual Property Right-China Patent Announcement Database for the patent compound prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for AP from inception to March 4,2022.The retrieved traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptionswere introduced into the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform,and statistical analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis were performed for all medicinal materials.Results Ninety-five traditional Chinese medicine patent prescriptions for AP were included,involving 419 kinds of medicinal materials.Among them,the top 10 most frequent drugs were rhubarb,licorice,citrus aurantium,bupleurum,magnolia,scutellaria,Glauber’s salt,corydalis,dandelion,and Radix Aucklandiae.The four qi of medicinal materials were mainly warm,followed by cold,slightly cold,flat and cool.The five flavors were mainly bitter,followed by acrid,sweet,sour and salty.Meridian tropism was dominated by liver meridian,followed by stomach,spleen,lung and heart meridian.Fourteen drug pairs were obtained by association rule analysis,and 5 drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis of the first 20 drugs.The core prescriptions were obtained by complex network analysis,such as the addition and subtraction of Da Chaihu decoction,Sanchengqi decoction and Huanglong decoction.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine patent prescriptions are used in the treatment of AP by heat-clearing,detoxification,purging fire,promoting dampness,retreating jaundice,cooling blood,removing blood stasis,and dredging meridian.
