摘要
传统检测模式下,生产汽车仪表盘的企业会借助手动检测仪器判断仪表盘的质量。这种检测方式效率不高,且不利于多型号检测数据的收集与整理。为了解决这一问题,相关工作人员根据仪表盘生产质量要求,设计自动化检测系统算法并进行功能设计,为仪表盘自动化检测工作的发展提供帮助。
Under the traditional detection mode, the enterprises producing automobile instrument panel will judge the quality of instrument panel with the help of manual detection instrument. This detection mode is not efficient and is not conducive to the collection and sorting of multi model detection data. In order to solve this problem, the relevant staff designed the algorithm and function design of the automatic detection system according to the production quality requirements of the instrument panel, so as to provide help for the development of the automatic detection of the instrument panel in this way.
